We are hiring!
Raise the Bar is looking for exceptional physical fitness professionals to join our organization. To be considered for a position with RtB, you need to be more than just a trainer. You must have a larger than life personality that motivates, mentors, and conditions individuals from all walks of life who are in pursuit of a life of fitness. More importantly, you must practice what you preach. You should be a walking-talking person of fitness with an ethos that inspires.
Does this sound like you? Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your resume, a short biography, and a photo of you in action.
We always have our eyes open for strong coaches in the CrossFit community to join our team. What does strong look like? Want a hint?
It doesn’t matter how physically strong you are, though you need to practice what you preach.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve competed, qualified for regionals, or have CrossFit tattooed on your body. But you do have to have heart.
It doesn’t matter how many CF certifications you have (beyond L1) but rather you have to have a diverse spectrum of education, certifications, and/or knowledge across the fitness industry. This means any of the following: nutrition, gymnastics, strength coaching, personal training, group X, and so on. Diversity builds a balanced and objective foundation from which the professional thrives.
Our positions start from $15 a class (experience criteria must be met) with potential for increases depending on the additional services you can support.
We do have an intern program available for those without any paid experience.
Interns gain experience, interpersonal skill development, contribute to the gym scut work, and work as an assistant to the head coach for the class to which they are assigned. Of course, interns work for fame, not fortune. You will be assessed and evaluated continuously to ensure you’re developing as a strong coach and are a viable fit to our incredible community.
If you think you’re a fit, please forward your resume (it doesn’t have to be formal) and any relative work history to email@example.com. Use “Join Team RtB” in the subject line.
