The R3Flex Training System® (R3TS) is a boot camp style strength and conditioning class. R3Flex is as scalable for the beginner as it is challenging for the athletically trained. This class was designed to go beyond traditional “boot camp” programming by integrating weight training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), aerobic / anaerobic conditioning, intensive core work, and weekly stretch and recovery sessions (regeneration).
This class utilizes just about everything in the gym to include; dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension training, bikes, rowers, jump rope, tires, sledgehammers, ropes, pull-up bars, barbells, plyo boxes, and more. Because we have so much equipment at our disposal we’re able to keep the workouts original, challenging, and fun.
R3TS also incorporates benchmark strength tracking, body composition tracking, and foundational nutritional guidance. Which means not only is R3Flex innately goal oriented but the program particulars set you up for success from the beginning.
Class programming is a 5/1/1 split of purposeful exercise with one day of programmed recovery and one day of rest. We offer 5 class times Monday through Friday with Yoga on Saturday for mobility and flexibility.
Class times are Monday through Friday – 5:00am, 6:00am, 9:30am, 5:00pm, & 6:00pm.
