LET’S FOCUS ON CARDIO
- We program a variety of formats to keep Fiire fun and fresh. You will see everything from traditional cardio exercises to rowers, stationary bikes and ski ergs. Every movement may be modified to fit your abilities & goals.
- Coaches will consistently dial up and dial back intensity to create the ultimate class experience. Expect a lot of motivation, encouragement and laughter as you struggle and conquer together. Depending on the format and number of athletes in class, your Coaches may jump into the workout to further promote a sense of camaraderie.
- By committing to the Fiire experience, you can improve your cardiovascular endurance, focus on your range of motion, discover new formats and new exercises you can do while on travel, and expand your comfort zone. You will start to feel your inner athlete come to life in as little as 3 weeks upon consistently participating in Fiire classes.
