CLASSES FORMATTED FOR
Flexx at Raise the Bar Fitness is a 60-minute interval strength and conditioning group fitness class. Flexx is designed to improve strength, anaerobic fitness, build lean muscle, and shred fat. Flexx workouts use a diverse array of modalities to not only keep the body “guessing” but to ensure you’re having fun while being challenged. We use everything we have in the gym for this class to include dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, slam-balls/slam-bells, sleds, Dynamax balls, barbells, and more in addition to bodyweight exercises to condition all major muscle groups.
Fiire at Raise the Bar is our high-intensity group fitness class focused on elevating your heart rate in support of fat loss, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each 60-minute Fiire class will leave you feeling empowered, successful, and breathless. Don’t let the name intimidate you; every exercise may be modified to match your current fitness level. Our Coaches will encourage and support you while you ramp up the calorie burn, break through plateaus and have some serious fun as you experience Fiire! Consistently showing up for this class will not only get you shredded you’ll look and feel amazing. Your results can be improved ten-fold when you combine Flexx & Fiire together in your training program.
